Carl moved from Chicago to Florida with his wife, Natalie and two children in 1997. The first two years of his career included
work for both Lee County and the City of Cape Coral building departments. In
June 1999, Carl joined Aubuchon Homes as a Construction Superintendent.
Carl has more than 25 years of construction experience in areas such as plan review, construction inspections,
construction, and construction supervision. He currently holds eight State
licenses, including Building Inspector, Electrical Inspector, Plumbing Inspector,
Mechanical Inspector, 1 & 2 Family Inspector, Building Plans Examiner,
Building Official and Certified Residential Contractor. He has also received the Residential
Construction Superintendent designation through the National Association of
Home Builders.
Carl joined Team Aubuchon in 1999, and is one of the founding
partners of The Sterling Collection in 2003. As part owner and Vice President of
Construction of this semi-custom home building division under The Aubuchon
umbrella, he is responsible for all phases of construction as well as the
day-to-day operations of the company.
Carl is very involved in the community and is a 2006 Graduate of the
