Dana Greene has been in Real Estate since 1982 and lives year round in Cape Coral.  He has attained his New Jersey Sales License and Florida Brokers License.  His specialties are customized real estate marketing, accounting, management, and negotiating.  

Dana is a member of the Florida Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the Cape Coral Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, and is a Certified Property Specialist Designee from the STAR Development Program.  Dana attended Pace University in New York and majored in accounting. He was involved in Real Estate, Accounting, Management, Training, Sales and Leasing prior to moving to Florida.
