Finding a real estate agent in Florida is a pretty easy thing to do. Making "the right choice" is a little more difficult.

Peggy has been selling real estate in Florida for more than 15 years. She began her real estate career in New Jersey where she continues to hold a real estate license, in addition to her Florida license.

Her love for Florida began many years ago and she knew it would be just a matter of time before calling Florida HOME. Fortunately, her husband has always loved Florida, so it was an easy decision to move. When they saw their window of opportunity, they packed up the children and moved to Cape Coral.

Once settled in, Peggy decided to do what she does best and became a Florida Real Estate Agent. Peggy feels helping people with this important decision is one of the most satsifying things she could hope for in a career.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Being active and involved in her community, as well as real estate, is extremely important to Peggy. She is an active member of Cape Coral's Chamber of Commerce, and a graduate of Cape Coral's 1999 Leadership Class. She supports and participates in various fundraisers, i.e. Kids with Cancer, The Ronald McDonald House Charities of SWFL, The Make a Wish Foundation, Builders Care and Relay for Life.

She is an active member of the Cape Coral Multiple Listing Service Association, Women's Council of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Peggy has continually been recognized as a Top Producer in both general real estate and new home construction. She has earned the Certified New Home Specialist designation, which sets her apart in the new construction environment.
