Brian Shelton began helping clients obtain the home of their dreams in 1997 brokering mortgages. Owning a Mortgage Brokerage Business gave him valuable customer relationship and team building experience. He obtained his Real Estate License and began specializing in New Home Sales with a large national home builder. Brian joined Team Aubuchon in 2006 as a New Home Consultant and Realtor.

Brian grew up in the arctic state known as Minnesota, about 80 miles from the Canadian border. He migrated south to Cape Coral in 1982 to enjoy the sunshine with his family and has remained in South West Florida ever since. Brian graduated from North Fort Myers High School and attended Edison State College in Fort Myers. Having resided in the area for many years gives him an edge when matching a homeowner to the perfect location.

Active and adventurous would certainly describe Brian in his free time. He is a longtime motorcycle enthusiast and relaxes playing golf.
