Rodney Rockwell was born in Indiana, yet spent most of his youth and early adult years in Florida. After graduating from High School in Gainesville, Rodney served four years of military service with the Army. The military life allowed him to travel overseas and develop many skills.

He then returned to Florida to study architecture at the University of Florida. His studies took him to Europe where he spent 19 years living and working in Germany. Rodney and his wife, Marcella and daughter, Ilenia have now returned to Southwest Florida to stay.

Rodney acquired his Real Estate License while living in Germany. He learned to speak fluent German, and also worked for several Fortune 100 companies as a Sales Consultant, and Sales Manager of top producing teams.

Rodney has been actively involved in various capacities in real estate for many years. His 20 years of professional sales experience, extensive knowledge of Europe, (particularly central Europe), Midwest United States, and Florida, allow him a unique insight and understanding of the needs of American and international buyers/sellers.

Rodney specializes in existing home sales, residential vacant land sales, and new home construction. His goal is to earn his client’s trust and respect. He believes in having customers for life and helping their friends and family members with their real estate goals.

Rodney’s ability to create a positive and constructive atmosphere, to understand each client’s individual needs and desires, and successfully meet those demands, make him unique. Rodney is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, Cape Coral Association of Realtors, The Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce, and The European Business Council. Rodney believes very strongly in being active and supporting the local community. He and his family are members of the First Baptist Church of Cape Coral.
