Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Matt and his family chose to leave the snow behind nearly 31 years ago to live in Paradise and become a proud Cape Coral resident.

These previous 30 years have proven to be a unique & valuable experience for Matt, living and growing up in Cape Coral. From the relatively small retirement community of yesterday, to the bustling, sprawling metropolitan city it has grown into today, Matt knows first-hand how Cape Coral was then, and remains today, a slice of what the Florida lifestyle is all about.

The leisurely Spring days of catching rays at the Yacht Club beach, to the early evening Summer boat rides, to a waterside restaurant for dinner with friends, to the amazing orange, blue & pink-hued sunsets, Matt understands the uniqueness that makes Cape Coral a remarkable & enjoyable place to live.
