Mark is originally from Michigan. He grew up in Southwest Florida, where as a motivated youth, he worked with his father cleaning job sites and gaining a vast amount of knowledge about the construction process and industry. This proved very helpful when he began working with Schmitt Framing. This entry level position gave Mark a great opportunity to grow and develop. He held various roles from a novice laborer to a skilled carpenter, receiving various promotions as he worked his way through High School and college.
Mark graduated from Cypress Lake High School in 2005 where he was the Rotary Club Scholar Athlete. Mark’s education continued as he attended Maryville College in Tennessee and played football for four years. He was recognized and awarded the Dean Scholarship for eight consecutive semesters. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Organizational Management with Minors in Accounting and Economics. His talents range from public speaking to analytical skills to working and leading teams.
After graduating from Maryville, he worked as an Account Representative at Vanderbilt Mortgage while working on his Masters of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Marketing. He received his Masters Degree in 2012 from Lincoln Memorial University.
Mark joined Team Aubuchon in 2013 as a Superintendent, where he works closely with customers and subcontractors, managing several new home builds simultaneously. He is a daily problem-solver, resolving issues that come up in the field. Mark is a key player in bridging the gap between the office, the field, and the customer, ensuring the client is happy and each project runs smoothly.
He has found his new role as Project Manager. Mark works with a new home build client one on one, delivering white glove attention throughout the entire project. During construction they keep in close contact with customers and email pictures on a weekly basis for those local and out of town. They address any and all concerns the client might have, to ensure the building process is a smooth and exciting experience for the client.
